What we actually do… on your behalf

The Concept

We take the lead for the implementation of the concept and design direction required for the creation of the Concept Development Document and Landlord Pack, (required for both landlords and investors). We identify the groundwork for how to move forward and communicate your brand from the onset.

The Numbers

Before you begin your business venture, we look at the numbers that matter, develop the full financial investment report required for launch, including the fit-out, set-up and operational projections, as well as all other related pre-opening costs.

The Location

With the landlord pack in hand, we work with our selected out of reach brokers in order to discover off-the-market property to offer you a better and more lucrative investment. We review the location, terms of lease, key money and related licences.

The Design

We become part of your most senior team, acting as your managing director working directly with other stakeholders, interior designers, kitchen designers and architects. Our goal here is to maximise the venue space, and it is the beginning of the bridging of the gap between the design and operational teams.

Acting as your managing director and working directly with other stakeholders and third-party contractors, subcontractors, brands, interior designers, architects, and joiners, we are involved in all procurements and the management of your project all the way through to launch.

The Set-Up

We work closely supporting and guiding your senior team and where necessary ‘do it for you’ to make sure all essentials are taken care of in accordance with your required standards and the agreed budget.

The Business Strategy

We take the lead with your selected team to manage other business collaborators such as, public relations, branding, marketing and social media agencies etc., primarily taking the lead to ultimately hand-over to the appointed General Mananger.
